Business Operations Lead, Customer Support
Would you like to be part of SimCorp’s Global Customer Support that continuously improves the support service for our customers?

Location: Copenhagen

If so, we are currently seeking a Business Operations Lead who would like a challenging position to help us develop a globally integrated operating model.

The position
The core part of this position is to establish a global governance for Business Operations for our Global Support organization, hence you will a have major influence and the task will involve working closely with the Customer Support teams in Asia, North America, United Kingdom, Central Europe and Northern Europe. You will report directly to Vice President Global Support, Anker Vendelboe Eriksen.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform quality controls and monitor Support service KPI's.
  • Design, facilitate and improve global operational governance.
  • Lead planning and execution sessions to ensure clear and consistent direction across Market Units.
  • Develop and enhance internal interfaces towards our Product Division and Group IT.
  • Improve performance, productivity and efficiency through the implementation of effective strategies and methods.
  • Design and implement sustainable continuous improvements (governance and operational).

Your qualifications
You have extensive experience with changing and establishing governance structures. You are a natural influencer and act with determination to implement sustainable yet flexible processes that continuously improve operation.

Moreover, you:

  • have a strong background within process design based upon adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • have an outside-in view combined with the desire to challenge status quo where needed
  • possess a high drive and ability to take ownership to impact the overall SimCorp business is important
  • are comfortable working both at executive and operational level
  • have excellent English communication skills
  • are structured and self-driven, and get energized from working in a global environment

The ideal candidate also has:

  • experience with establishing, facilitating and improving process governance in a global context
  • strong and thorough Business Operations experience from a global organization
  • strong execution skills with firm attention to details with experience from the IT Services part of the financial sector
  • an extrovert profile that thrives by connecting the various parts of the organization
